The opening of the tourist season in the #travel industry is now our tradition. This year we took our employees on a unique trip! It was a time for discussions, networking, and a good laugh! The evening was highlighted by a concert from the band KOMODO, who played alongside Thomas Sykes.

The 2023 season summary trip in Egypt! We took almost 360 employees on board to summarise the achievements of the past year. We held a conference, the #beAstar award ceremony, participated in team building activities, relaxed, and also had fun at themed parties (Pharaoh Party and Pool Party), where Gromee and Sara Chmiel - the vocalist of the Łzy band, among others, performed. We had a great time, and you can see the effects in the material.

"Peace and love" - that was the leading slogan of the #beAstar gala in 2023, summarising the year, held in Marsa Alam, Egypt. This year, Marzena German, external communication expert at Wakacje.pl, and Patryk Suracki, blogger, TikToker, Instagrammer, who works with Wakacje.pl in campaigns implemented with influencers, assumed the role of hosts. Sara Chmiel, vocalist of the band Łzy, who started the evening with the song "Where is the love", provided the musical setting. Much was said about values, love, and tolerance during the event, but the most important parts of the programme were the presentation of awards to Wakacje.pl employees - from department directors, awards given by employees based on our company's values, and from the president, Darek Górny

In April 2023, we organized a franchise network meeting. Over 270 people flew to Antalya on a wide-bodied Boeing 777 aircraft. The trip had a business-integration character - over the course of four days, there were, among other things, a conference summarising the last year and a ceremonial gala combined with the presentation of awards for the best sellers led by Irk Bieleninik, of course, there was also time for integration and individual conversations. After the pandemic period, we are returning to organising meetings with our franchisees, which have always been a great opportunity to exchange experiences and strengthen business relationships. This good habit will certainly also be continued in the future.

A season-wrap trip to the Dominican in 2022? Why not! We took nearly 300 employees aboard to recap the achievements of the past year. We held a conference, product trainings, participated in team building activities, as part of CSR action we supported the local community, we rested, and also had fun at 4 thematic parties, during which among others @CBooLMusic and Brave played. We had a great time and the effects you can see in the footage.

Dominican Republic, 7 days, 300 people - Wakacje.pl has wrapped up the year 2022 in quite an original manner, even by their industry's standards. On the last week of November, the company relocated to the northern shores of the Haiti island on the Atlantic Ocean. Apart from the conference, which concluded the season, and the team building activities, an official gala was held where the most distinguished employees were recognised.
